Christine Quante
Loan Officer
Starting her career as an Account Manager for our Holly Springs Branch Manager, Christine quickly found a passion for the mortgage process and began the process of getting her license to originate herself. Thanks to her employment history, she comes with extensive experience around finance, nonprofits, community engagement, and client relations.
In her role as a loan officer, Christine is looking forward to building relationships with clients who are making what is most likely their biggest purchase in life! She knows how important it is to find a loan that fits each client’s needs and personal situation, and Christine loves the challenge of navigating the process together. No two situations are alike, and a mortgage loan is not one size fits all – that’s all part of why Christine sees the importance of relationship building.
Outside of originating, Christine loves serving her community through her church, Rotary Club, and a local veteran’s nonprofit. She and her husband Lionel both enjoy spending time outdoors with their combined family of four adult children. When it comes to college and NFL football however, they are a house divided – Georgia, NCSU, Dallas, Pittsburgh. When the game isn’t on you can likely find Christine outside in her garden full of flowers, herbs, and plants. A fun fact about Christine is that her two dogs share the same name: Beau and Bo!
Kim Davis
Loan Officer
Kim has worked in the lending industry for 40 years in every capacity, which has provided her with an extensive library of knowledge to bring to her position as a loan officer at GoPrime. With a special passion for helping homebuyers with a purchase or refinance, she has traveled with her clients on their road home for 17 years now.
Recognizing the need for providing clear and concise information throughout the lending process, Kim works diligently to keep an open line of communication with her clients, providing them with easy access to professional, honest, and trustworthy guidance on their journey. She strives to make the transition into homeownership as seamless as possible for her homebuyers.
Kim has a penchant for dancing – even when everyone is watching! Her family teases her that she is overflowing with “useless” information, such as old theme songs, lyrics to music, and commercials. She also loves to read, and can often be found sharing stories with her two grandchildren.
R. Siobhan Quinter
Loan Officer
Siobhan is no stranger to a challenge. Starting off on the other side of the table with GoPrime as a client for many years, she felt drawn to provide the same level of professionalism and quality service to clients of her own. Multitasking with full-time volunteer work, Siobhan completed her training and testing and proudly obtained her license. Coming to the business with a strong passion for supporting families – especially military families – she hopes to help others achieve their goal of homeownership with as little stress as possible knowing that they have a partner in the process.
Siobhan started her career as an Advertising Account Executive with a Business Management Degree from NC State University. Once she met her husband, she became a Marine spouse and moved often (sometimes literally across the globe!) during the last 23 years, which solidified the importance in her of having a place to call “home”. During this time Siobhan was also serving her country by building relationships and support for the spouses of the Marines she met along their journey.
Siobhan has built a reputation as a trustworthy and responsible individual who is well respected within her community and friends. This trustworthiness enables her to build a customer base based on transparency and communication. Having moved every three years for the last 40+ years of her life, she is no stranger to the process, and recognizes the value in educating her clients every step of the way. Given her military background Siobhan feels a personal draw to VA and FHA loans, where she believes she can help customers build a better understanding of the loan offerings and possible advantages.
Outside of work, Siobhan is very active in her community and has a passion for supporting families, especially military families. She has been an active volunteer within the Marine Corps Family Readiness program, served on numerous on spouses’ club executive boards and most recently as the program coordinator for Cornerstone, a Spouse’s Workshop.
In her rare time off, Siobhan spends it with her family. Whether it is traveling to new places, watching her four children in their sport of choice or running a race with her husband, she values her time with her family and friends the most.

Since she was young, real estate has always been a hobby of sorts for Tashe. Her path from real estate hobbyist to a career in the mortgage industry was a bit of a winding road, but now Tashe has provided 20 years of exceptional service to her clients.

After transitioning from emergency services to finance and community banking in 2010, she realized very quickly how amazing a mortgage lending position could be. At GoPrime Tashe is backed with streamlined processes and access to many different mortgage products. It’s her personal goal to empower her clients with knowledge and skilled advice to help clients make informed financial decisions.
When she’s not working for her amazing clients, you’ll find her with her husband and youngest son on their lavender farm in western Moore County with their golden retriever named Hazel. Tashe is an avid reader, lover of adventure, and the quote she lives by is:
