Lisa Hemann
Loan Officer
With 25 years under her belt as a Loan Officer, Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of many types of home loans and is a sort of niche guru within the region of Southeast Florida. Her thorough knowledge of the industry paired with her effective communication skills, Lisa is able to set and maintain realistic expectations throughout the mortgage process, so nobody is left hanging, and the stress of purchasing or refinancing is much less stressful. Add in her innate desire to help as many families as she can, and she is quite the mortgage industry powerhouse.
In her personal life, Lisa cherishes spending time with her two teenagers and three rescue dogs. In fact, she is such an animal lover that she was once awarded Animal Caregiver of the Year in Palm Beach County after being nominated by her coworkers. Lisa has been involved with her local humane society for a number of years and her hard work has helped innumerable furry friends find their forever homes, similar to her work with GoPrime.
Lori Koncz
Office Manager
Following in her mother’s footsteps, Lori is a second-generation mortgage industry dynamo. She joined GoPrime because of the company’s excellent reputation within the community, but has happily stayed because of the relationships GoPrime has helped her build, both personally and professionally. As she says, her coworkers “(make) it a joy to come to work.”
When Lori is not hard at work as the Office Manager, she can be found palling around with pups, both her own pets and volunteering with local animal shelters. She also is building a legacy of love with her grandkids. Lori has a passion for literature and is an activist, working with non-profits within the community to drive change.
“Perfection is boring. Getting better is where all the fun is.” – Dragos Roua
James Hodge
Loan Officer
Joining GoPrime with more than 3 years of experience, James has been scaling the peaks of the mortgage industry starting as a personal assistant, pivoting to a full-time processor, and now a licensed Loan Officer. Much of his motivation is to help millennials achieve the American Dream of homeownership by helping each client to maneuver their unique situations and make good financial decisions for their families. James’s white-glove customer service standards during some of the mortgage industry’s record-breaking busy years really speaks to his work ethic, versatility, and adaptability.
In his free time, James is an avid sports fan, both supporting his high school boosters and as a Green Bay Packers Shareholder. Even James will admit it is “interesting” come football season as he is surrounded by Detroit fans. Additionally, he is a Tar Heel in a sea of Blue Devils so not even college basketball is safe. Having graduated from UNCW in 2015 after studying History and International Studies with a minor in Philosophy, James enjoys reading history and science fiction novels as well.
Sandra Smith
Loan Officer Assistant
Before signing on with GoPrime, Sandra had been working on the construction side of the industry helping clients achieve homeownership. Building relationships has been a central theme to her career pivot, and on top of that Sandra revels in taking on new challenges. Her favorite part of this job is working together with clients to achieve their personal goals. “I get so excited when I see the glow on another person’s face when they have purchased their new home,” she says.
In her free time, Sandra enjoys connecting with her family and the great outdoors. She, her husband, and her two girls love to go camping, fishing, and hunting whenever they can.
Even her favorite quote highlights just how much she values hard work and persistence:
“Working hard becomes a habit, a serious kind of fun. You get self-satisfaction from pushing yourself to the limit, knowing that all the effort is going to pay off.” – Mary Lou Retton
Emily Vannoy
Loan Officer
“The loan officer life chose me!”

Emily has dedicated the last couple years to supporting some of the top producing loan officers in GoPrime as an assistant, while seamlessly working to get her own license during the year of 2021.
Emily understands the importance and excitement that accompanies homeownership and strives to help each client successfully achieve that dream. She has been a dedicated employee at GoPrime since 2017 and feels this is a great environment where she can learn and have the space to grow.
In her free time, Emily is lover of literature and a big supporter of community and local libraries. She is currently enjoying the adventures of gardening in her new home – that is when she is not catching a football game with her husband or spending time with her beloved pets.
