Tosha Brijnath Awarded Q4 2021 GoPrime Personality!

Each quarter, GoPrime takes the time to recognize one of our employees who stands out by consistently going above and beyond the call of duty for their team and the company as a whole. As a part of honoring them for their dedication, we award our winners with $500 to donate to a charity of their choice.
This quarter, we are recognizing Tosha Brijnath, one of our incredible loan officer assistants. She works out of our Cameron, NC, office, and supports two wonderful loan officers. She works closely with the processors and borrowers to ensure that documents flow smoothly and files keep moving along. Additionally, she helps to manage the teams’ social media presence.
Tosha loves working for GoPrime because they are cognizant of priorities when it comes to work/life balance. Her loan officers know how very important her work is, but they also understand that families are a huge part of the equation. This is the first time she has lived in the same zip code as her family in over 10 years, and she is enjoying taking advantage of the close proximity by going home a few times a year to go kayaking, do some shopping, and relax with a book alongside her family members. She acknowledges that her understanding, supportive team is the reason this is possible.
As a military spouse, Tosha has a great passion to support the military family unit in any way she can. She has chosen to donate her award money to The Rick Herrema Foundation, with the ability for them to spread the money to “Rick’s Place,” a 50-acre greenspace 5.5 miles from Fort Bragg. This foundation provides active or retired service members free support for themselves and their families. They plan events throughout the year, such as Thanksgiving for families whose soldier is deployed, Ninja Warrior competitions, and community service project opportunities for teens. Additionally, they offer a variety of creative outlets for children through art classes, horseback riding, and more. She and her family love spending time there, unwinding and making memories.
Tosha views life through the lens of “everything happens for a reason,” and acknowledges that we never know where our choices will lead us, or what situations we will encounter in our lives. She firmly believes in seeing the bigger picture, even if it isn’t always clear in the present moment. We are so grateful to have Tosha as a valued member of the GoPrime family – she is so deserving of this award!
