Here are the members of our incredible team that were honored this year.

Chris has worked in the mortgage industry since 2005, enhancing his business through his love for all things real estate. Becoming a loan officer enabled him to combine his love for real estate and passion for helping people. Chris has provided his clients with creative solutions for all their mortgage needs. When out of the office you will find him spending time with his family, especially his two daughters. He is an avid sports fan and tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible.

SONYA SIMPSON | BRANCH MANAGER | CORNERSTONE – ARDEN, NC

Sonya utilizes over 20 years of mortgage experience to provide individualized service to each of her clients. She prides herself in working hard with each person to find the loan product that works with their specific situations and goals. She loves crunching numbers and is a natural problem-solver. Her willingness to go above and beyond has led to many rewarding experiences assisting homebuyers to reach their goal of homeownership, even those that may have otherwise thought this goal was out of reach. Outside of work, Sonya is active in fitness classes, hiking, and going on motorcycle rides in the beautiful surrounding mountains.

CAROLINE ROY | BRANCH MANAGER | BOZEMAN, MT

Since 2006 Caroline has grown her business by utilizing the tools available for the benefit of her customers. She is always happy to be presented with the challenges of each borrower’s unique situations and expectations for their financing needs. She believes in building strong business relationships with each borrower to meet and exceed their expectations, whether they’re pursuing a purchase or a refinance. She loves the opportunities to help her customers invest in their local community. When she is away from the office, you will find her cycling, fishing, skiing, or hunting anywhere around Montana with her husband and three boys.

AMY BONIS | BRANCH MANAGER | RALEIGH, NC

Amy began her career in mortgage banking in the 1990s when she discovered her passion for taking the “business” out of the transaction and helping people achieve the dream of financial independence. A large part of Amy’s success is thanks to her ability to inspire and educate her clients to help them find the mortgage to reach their financial goals. Amy is always upfront and honest with her clients. Aside from her enthusiasm for mortgage and wealth management, Amy and her husband share a deep love of helping animals and the environment. She enjoys teaching yoga, scuba diving, traveling, photography, and outdoor activities.
