GoPrime Mortgage is excited to announce Rasheal Banguela as this quarter’s GoPrime Personality winner. Each quarter we invite employees nominate their coworkers who they feel have gone the extra mile for their teams and the company. The winner of this award receives $500 to donate to a charity of their choice.
Rasheal, Remote Human Resource Manager, “is always willing to help an employee with any HR issues wearing a big smile.” She is there to greet all new hires on their first day to ensure they have everything they need, and to feel welcome from the start. Rasheal makes sure all first impressions of GoPrime are positive.
Rasheal leads many different projects focusing on improving the company and bringing in new team members. She handles many tasks behind the scenes, including the internal company Human Resources newsletter to keep staff aware of policy changes and provide useful wellness updates.
