Kobe Ball
Loan Officer Assistant
As someone who enjoys serving people, it was a natural fit when Kobe decided to pursue a career in the mortgage industry. As a Loan Officer Assistant, he looks forward to the satisfaction he feels when assisting clients on their road home. Working directly with homebuyers, Kobe prides himself on providing clear and concise information throughout the loan process, assuring that each client understands the steps in the journey.
When he is not working, Kobe enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and working out. On sunny days, he loves hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains with his Goldendoodle, Bentley.
Jon Leatherwood
Loan Officer
Jon served 21 years in the US Air Force and traveled extensively while on active duty. Now ready to settle down, Jon decided to follow a friend’s advice and pursue a career working in the real estate industry.
Working as a Loan Officer felt natural to Jon, as he enjoys meeting people and helping them along the road toward their dream of homeownership. He recognizes the excitement around purchasing a home – whether it is a first home, second home, vacation home, or investment property. After majoring in Economics, working in finance is second nature to him.
Jon feels great pride in having safely completed his time in the Air Force as an F-16 Pilot and logging over 200 hours of combat flight time. Outside of work, he enjoys the excitement of juggling his professional life, happy marriage, and raising his two children, Cooper and Everly. His whole family loves to stay active with sports (Jon coaches both kids’ teams), camping in the mountains, hiking, fishing, and their regular trips to Alaska to cool off from the Arizona heat.
