Michael Fawver Awarded Q2 2019 Prime Personality!

Michael Fawver, Director of Branch Production, was nominated and awarded the quarterly Prime Personality for his dependability, leadership, initiative, innovative solutions, mentoring, and performance. A champion of our West Coast Production Team, you can often find Michael working with staff to help determine ways to improve personal as well as company performance. Michael raises his hand first to test new processes and technologies and plays an instrumental role in training and rolling out initiatives across the company. Always waving the GoPrime flag, Michael’s ultimate goal is to see the company succeed. He selflessly gives his time to others, acts as a key corporate liaison, and maintains this balance all while still originating loans himself.

Each quarterly Prime Personality receives a monetary gift to donate to their favorite charity. Michael chose the Boys & Girls club of Long Beach to be the recipient of a $500 donation.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing golf and spoiling his grandchildren.
