As you enter the Raleigh 1 branch, you are greeted by only friendly faces – one may even be a fluffy, German Shepherd named, Ringo. One of those welcoming faces is Madison. A woman who is unafraid of wearing many hats, she acts as the manager of all things “office”, serving as the branch executive assistant where she helps the entire team. She stated, “I am a firm believer in getting my hands dirty and considering any request to be my responsibility.”
With that can-do attitude, it is no surprise that she was awarded the GoPrime Personality for our second quarter this year. One coworker commented that, “Madison works in a very fast paced office environment, she maintains her composure at all times, communicates well, and is very appreciative of all of her co-workers. Her understanding of the client’s feelings and emotions is prioritized while addressing their concerns and fully answering their questions.”
Outside the office Madison spends quality time with her family, doing activities outdoors such as hiking, wildlife watching or picking up trash around the community. She especially enjoys spending time with her three-year-old son. Recently he has shown a great interest in music, so she has been teaching him how to play the acoustic guitar! She also loves to garden and have living room dance parties to 70’s music.
We expect invitations to one of these dance parties soon, Madison!

What do you like most about GoPrime?
I love GoPrime’s culture and progressive nature in technology, but most importantly, I love it here because it is genuinely a big family! From our branch to the corporate office, the support provided is amazing, and everyone I have worked with has been exceptionally pleasant and inspirational in their own unique ways. Honestly, it may be cheesy, but working for GoPrime has been dream come true, and I am so excited to continue the journey and see the company evolve more and more in the future.
Do you have a favorite quote?
“Reference for human suffering and human life, for the smallest and most insignificant, must be the inviolable law to rule the world. We must recognize that only a deep-seated change of heart, spreading from one man to another, can achieve such a thing in this world.” – Albert Schweitzer
Madison chose to donate $250 to two charities: Save the Children & World Resource Institute
“I chose these charities because they support and protect the fragile and under-represented. Save the Children provides support to children across the globe through emergency response, policy & advocacy, education, health, and gender equality. https://www.savethechildren.org/
The World Resource Institute does a tremendous job of protecting and implementing sustainable solutions to environmental issues around the world. They are truly an amazing entity with too many points to share, but their mission is this: to move human society to live in ways that protect Earth’s environment and its capacity to provide for the needs and aspirations of current and future generations. This was a clear choice to preserve our beautiful planet for our children, and our children’s children, so on. https://www.wri.org/.”
