Kevin Guilbert Awarded Q3 2021 GoPrime Personality!

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Kevin Guilbert, our IT Accounts Admin, may ask that – but it will be with a smile, and he’ll follow up with you until the problem is resolved. We are pleased to announce that Kevin was selected as the Q3 2021 GoPrime Personality.

Kevin recently stepped up to start cross training the other IT Support techs on IT account management and was instrumental in setting up the ability to broadcast the GoPrime quarterly review in October to the whole company. He didn’t hesitate to jump in and help and remained present throughout the broadcast to make sure the feed continued to work, and the right information was presented to all viewers.

Bob Robinson, VP of Technology commented that, “I’ve always been impressed by Kevin’s friendly attitude when assisting our employees. It doesn’t matter if the issue is simple or complex, or if he’s up against a deadline to get a system out for a new employee – he helps with a smile on his face and ensures that they are satisfied with the support he has provided. Our IT team helps keep GoPrime going, and Kevin is a big part of that. He is a great resource for our Sales and Operations users, and I’m proud to have him on my team!”

Nominee: Tell us about your job?

I handle the creation and management of all user accounts at GoPrime! I’m also in charge of onboarding and offboarding users, ordering IT equipment, among other things. I consider myself a “Swiss army knife” here.

Nominee: What things do you enjoy doing outside of mortgage industry?

Playing video games, fixing electronics, and watching movies.

Nominee: Which charity did you choose? Why did you choose this charity?

Leader Dogs for the Blind. They’re based in my hometown in Rochester, Michigan and help raise puppies to be seeing eye dogs! They also provide many non-dog-related services for the blind, such as Orientation and Mobility training programs and summer camps.

Nominee: What’s the best advice you have ever received?

Nobody is going to hit as hard as life, but it’s not how hard you can hit. It’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.

Nominee: What do you like most about GoPrime?

The people – everyone here is kind and understanding, especially since computer troubles can be extremely frustrating.
