We wanted to take the opportunity to welcome you to our brand new WordPress website, created by the award-winning website design and digital marketing agency, TheeDigital. Our goal was to provide our website visitors and clients with an aesthetic and modern website that more accurately represents our company. Just as important, we wanted to make sure it was easy to navigate and use no matter what device you’re on, so you could have the best possible experience while you’re here. We are thrilled with the result and hope you are too!
Our new website is built on WordPress utilizing the latest web design trends. Our new web content management system lets us be more proactive in updating and maintaining our website content as it’s so easy to use. Now, we will easily be able to post new photos, videos, and information to keep you up to date on the latest news as well what’s going on with us.
Our main goal for our new site is to provide you with an enjoyable experience on our website. We envisioned a clean, modern web design that makes it easy for you to find what you’re looking for, from company news to contact information, no matter what device you’re using to visit us. That’s why we’re thrilled to feature responsive web design technology, so you can easily find product information, check out images, and read the GoPrime blog on any size screen or device, including smartphones and tablets.
Not only is the design and browsing experience convenient and intuitive for you, but the back end side is easy to use for our team, too. Instead of having to bring a developer in for every update, we can add information to our website whenever we want. We love being able to share new photos, videos, product/service reviews, and so much more with you.
Before our site was ready to launch, TheeDigital provided comprehensive training so we could get the most out of our site. We love how simple it is to manage different operations in one place, so we can spend less time doing admin and operations tasks and more time helping you.
The digital marketing team at TheeDigital leveraged WordPress’s SEO features that make it easier for our customers to find us on Google and other search engines. Because our website now offers fast load times and a mobile-friendly design in addition to strategic keyword usage, optimized images, and relevant content, we are much more visible in search engine results and are excited to see the influx of organic traffic to our newly designed website.
WordPress offers near-endless customization options through plugins, including appointment schedulers and bill pay portals for your convenience and marketing and email integration to streamline our processes. TheeDigital worked with us to determine our exact needs, what features would benefit our customers, and what would lead to the highest conversion rates and integrated these plugins right into our web design.

In addition to the photo gallery, there’s also a new team member gallery where you can meet the team, read our bios, and link to our social profiles so you can connect with everyone here at GoPrime.
We love sharing industry information, GoPrime news, product/service information, and more with you. With our new on-site blog, we can update it as frequently as we want to with information that will help you get the most out of our product/service, learn about GoPrime, and even share relevant industry information, too. Be sure to check it frequently to stay up-to-date or sign up for emails so you can get updates sent directly to you!
The online contact form is a time-saving tool that makes it easy for you to request information, ask a question, and even give feedback without having to track down our customer service email or phone number. For our team, all of the customer information is in one place so we can quickly respond to communication from one source.
We love our new slideshow at the top of our home page so we can feature a new service or run a promotion and make sure no one misses out. It’s right there on the homepage so it’s the first thing you see when you visit, so you don’t have to search everywhere for additional information. Plus, it’s easy to swap out the slides and images as we change our featured content.
While we always try to respond quickly to email and messages, we want to provide the best service we can, as fast as possible. Now, with our online chat feature, you can ask questions or voice concerns and get a near-immediate response back. At the same time, we get the opportunity to better understand your needs and ensure you have the best experience possible.
Another important feature is our event calendar. The event calendar allows us to create and manage events that we host or participate in. We can set the time, date, and image for each event and include more details about the event. It also allows you to see what will be going on at GoPrime, and give the community a chance to get involved if they want to.
