Sam Gross and his family started Loggers Pizza in 2009 for one simple reason: the two previous pizza places that had been in their location had the best pizza in town, and they wanted to bring that back. With the help of many family members’ sweat and time, Loggers opened their doors on May 1, 2009. Since then, they have perfected their pizzas and pinwheels. In 2013, they were voted Best Pizza in Douglas County, and have worked hard to honor that award every year. They recently even expanded their menu to include burgers, sandwiches, and other pub grub, along with a full bar.
