After serving in the U.S. Air Force for six years followed by several years of working with fellow veterans, Johnnie Yellock has decided to join the Loan Originating industry. He graduated from Tarleton State University in Texas with his degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Johnnie also earned his MBA in Strategy/Entrepreneurship from SMU. In his spare time, you can usually find him golfing or driving at the track. As a Loan Officer, Johnnie most looks forward to connecting with people, creating a positive impact, and serving the military community to ensure that they are well taken care of throughout the mortgage process.
Chris Fisher
Corporate Recruiter
Chris is our newest Recruiter! He became a recruiter because he believes that a person’s career is one of the most important choices in life, and he loves being a part of the process to help people get into a better occupation situation. His favorite part about being a recruiter is being able to give people the opportunity to improve their standard of living. Something to know about Chris is that he loves sports and music- he recently joined the Raleigh Rugby team as he grew up playing the sport, and he has also played guitar for the past ten years!
Daniel Smith
Loan Officer Assistant
Daniel, previously a Realtor, became a Loan Officer because he wanted to help make the homebuying process an enjoyable, stress-free experience. He has been in his current position for two months, and his favorite part about what he does is creating relationships that will last for years to come. He is most proud of the fact that he was a four-year starter and three-year team captain for his high school soccer team.
Richard Custer
Regional Sales Leader
Richard became a Loan Officer back in the mid 80s as his father-in-law at the time owned a mortgage company. Prior to becoming a Loan Officer, he was an Eastern Divisional Manager for a bank. His favorite part about being a Loan Officer is the feeling he gets when he’s worked really hard for a customer and gets to see them so thankful and happy at closing. Richard enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time in the mountains. He is a huge lover of nature and animals.
Florence Custer
Loan Officer Assistant
Florence Custer is married to the aforementioned Richard Custer. She became interested in becoming a Loan Officer after watching her husband help others with getting their first loans. She has been working as a Loan Officer for the past two years, but before that she worked in the medical billing field as a Billing Office Manager for over thirty years. Her favorite part about being a Loan Officer is helping her clients qualify for their home purchases. When not in the office, Florence loves spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Ned Krawiecki
Loan Officer Assistant
Ned has worked in many areas of real estate over the years, and always enjoyed his conversations with the Loan Officers that helped him with his own refinancing needs. As someone with a passion for seeing homeownership rates rise, he knew he could help others as a Loan Officer. He has been working as a Loan Officer for the past year. His favorite part about being a Loan Officer is receiving a Clear to Close on a difficult file. Ned currently loves spending time with his puppy, Lady, who he describes as “a puggle full of stubbornness!”
Jose Valadez

Jose became a Loan Officer because he felt that there was a need in his community for someone to help people get into their first home. Prior to becoming a Loan Officer, Jose worked at a Safeway Distribution Center. Now working as a Loan Officer, he says that his favorite part about what he does is being able to help families save money on their mortgage and help people get into a new home. Jose has a big family and enjoys spending time with them whenever he can- he especially loves playing video games with his kids!
Melissa Asmer

Melissa is our newest Processor! She has been in the business for the past twenty years. An accomplishment of hers that she is most proud of is serving on the board of Growing Home Southeast, a foster placement organization. She loves the mortgage industry and helping people achieve their financing goals. Melissa is a lifetime resident of South Carolina and is an avid South Caroline Gamecock fan.
Edith Gutierrez
Loan Officer
With close to thirty years of mortgage experience, Edith brings advanced product knowledge and sales experience to the GoPrime Cerritos branch. Because of her vast experience, she has been able to recognize and adapt to various changes that have taken place in the industry. Even with all her experience she still loves to discover and learn about creative solutions that she can pass to her clients and loves helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership.
When out of the office, Edith likes to watch her son’s Lacrosse games. She also makes time to organize and present seminars at various churches to educate people in her community about the home loan process.
