Meet Connie
Connie Epperson has been working in finance for over forty years. She started as a credit manager for a lumber yard in Nevada. While there, she dealt mostly with contractors and the credit side of construction loans. Using that experience, Connie moved to a local savings and loan office and focused on construction loans. From there she helped a local mortgage company set up and run their own construction department where she did construction and mortgage loans for eighteen years before moving to Oregon. Since then, she has been helping clients with all aspects of mortgage loans for almost two decades.
Connie currently works out of the GoPrime office located in Roseburg, Oregon. She offers a variety of purchase and refinance loan options including Conventional, FHA, VA Home Loans, USDA, and Jumbo. Connie loves helping all her clients but has a soft spot for veterans. Throughout her career, Connie has always been fair, honest, and ethical. Connie works diligently to give her clients the best options available. She will go over her clients’ finances with a fine-tooth comb multiple times to make sure she has all the details to help them make an informed decision.
When out of the office, you can find Connie at home, tending to her property, taking care of her pets, spending time with her family, and taking drives in her jeep. She enjoys spending time gardening in her four greenhouses. It takes her close to an hour just to water all her flowers. Connie and her family have rescued multiple pets, and they currently share their home with six dogs and five cats.
